Achievement Gap Program Applications Available

Achievement Gap Progam Applications Now Available  

Achievement Gap Applications will be accepted starting October 1, 2009. The applications are available in pdf and Microsoft Word format. There are two applications: one for an initial Achievement Gap Application and a Continuation Achievement Gap application for any school district that that would like to extend a project that had been awarded in the past. The projects are reviewed by a committee comprised of members of the Mid-Hudson Teacher Center Policy Board in the order they are received.

The purpose of the program is to provide support to teachers and administrators as they address issues surrounding student achievement. The gap can be identified through local assessments, NYS assessments, graduation rates, attendance or PBIS information.
